Breakfast Burrito
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients
1 whole wheat tortilla
1–2 scrambled egg
1–2 oz. shredded cheddar or Pepper Jack cheese
4 Tbsp fresh salsa
Fresh cilantro
Plain yogurt
Directions
- Fill tortilla with scrambled egg, and cheese.
- Heat in microwave until heated through and cheese has completely melted.
- Top with salsa, fresh cilantro and plain yogurt.
