Breakfast Burrito

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients

1 whole wheat tortilla
1–2 scrambled egg
1–2 oz. shredded cheddar or Pepper Jack cheese
4 Tbsp fresh salsa
Fresh cilantro
Plain yogurt

Directions

  1. Fill tortilla with scrambled egg, and cheese. 
  2. Heat in microwave until heated through and cheese has completely melted.
  3. Top with salsa, fresh cilantro and plain yogurt.
