Banana & Peanut Butter Shake

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

2 medium over-ripe frozen bananas, peeled and cut into chunks
1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
2 cups 1% milk or skim milk or calcium-fortified soy milk (plain or vanilla)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 ice cubes

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into 4 tall glasses and serve.
