Banana-Pineapple-Orange Shake
Makes 2–3 servings
Ingredients
1/2 cup Dole banana-pineapple-orange juice concentrate
1 1/2 cups calcium-fortified
soy milk or 1% milk
1 medium very ripe frozen banana, peeled and cut into
chunks
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
