Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

Skim or 1% milk
Nonfat dry milk powder (optional)
Frozen blueberries
Honey

Directions

Pour milk into blender. With blender on, add frozen blueberries to desired thickness and “blue-ness.” Add nonfat dry milk powder for extra protein and calcium. Add honey to desired sweetness.
