Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

1–2 cans Jumex (or Kern’s) mango nectar
Frozen mango, finely chopped
Frozen banana, finely chopped
Skim or 1% milk

Directions

Pour mango nectar into blender. Turn blender on and gradually add frozen mango and frozen banana pieces. Add 1/2 to 1 cup of milk. With blender on, add more mango and banana to reach desired smoothie thickness.
