Cooking Classes
Learn how to prepare easy, quick, healthful meals of all kinds. These classes are two hours long, performed in your home, and are a combination of demonstration and hands-on participation. You’ll watch, learn, eat, and enjoy — guaranteed!
In two hours, we can prepare two complete, balanced meals or three quick-and-easy entrées. Each class focuses on addressing your specific needs and desires. Topics can vary. Previous classes have included:

What to Expect
Before coming to your home, we discuss your preferences and plan what we want to prepare. Next, we send you a shopping list so you can get all the ingredients beforehand. When we arrive at your home, we will demonstrate and assist you in preparing the recipes. We'll demo, then you do it!
We can work with your recipes, or we can provide recipes we have chosen for their good nutrition, ease, and great taste.
We try always to use natural products, avoiding processed foods whenever possible — unless they’re healthy, of course! Virtually all of our recipes use organic foods that are anti-oxidant rich, high in fiber, lower in calories, and include a variety of energizing, nutrient-rich foods.
