About Breanna

Breanna earned her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science with a concentration in Dietetics and Nutrition Management at Colorado State University. She then completed her distance dietetic internship in Denver through Oakwood University.

Breanna is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) and has over 4 years of experience working with eating disorders. In the past, Breanna has mostly worked with clients at inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization levels of care. She has expertise in treating Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID), and Binge Eating Disorder across all ages.

Breanna takes a comprehensive approach to nutrition therapy, considering each client's individualized physical, psychological, and social needs. Breanna is dedicated to fighting back against diet culture and supporting body positivity. She enjoys supporting clients in creating sustainable eating habits to improve their nutrition status and overall well-being.

Breanna is a Colorado native and loves all things Colorado, from hiking in the summer, to skiing in the winter, she enjoys anything outdoors. Breanna also spends time traveling in her self-converted camper van with her two dogs and fiancé.
