Emma Swenson, RDN

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist & Adolescent and Teen Nutrition located in Boulder, CO & Denver, CO

About Emma Swenson

Emma earned her Bachelor’s in Nutrition and Dietetics from Utah State University in 2017. She has always had a love for food and she hopes to help empower others to cultivate their own love of food, too. Emma is fiercely committed to a weight inclusive and food positive approach in her nutrition counseling.

Emma specializes in nutrition care for eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns for adults and adolescents. Emma will compassionately lead her clients through mindful eating and nutrition education to help them discover freedom and enjoyment with food.

Emma also has a background in public health/culinary nutrition, where she served on the Cooking Matters Campaign. Her time in public health gave her skills in recipe development and adaptation, practical cooking techniques, meal planning and budgeting, and hands-on involvement in helping picky kids build positive experiences with food.

Outside the office, you will find Emma at home experimenting with cooking and baking (ask her for her peanut butter pie recipe!) or outdoors taking her dog, Ravioli, on hikes through the beautiful mountains in Boulder.
