Emma Swenson, RDN

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist located in Boulder, CO & Denver, CO

About Emma Swenson

Emma Earned her Bachelor’s in Nutrition and Dietetics from Utah State University in 2017. She has always had a love for food and she hopes to help empower others to cultivate their own love of food, too. Emma believes there is no “one size fits all” approach to nutrition, so she is committed to giving tailored nutrition education to individuals and families.

Emma’s background is in public health/culinary nutrition, where she served on the Cooking Matters Campaign. Her time in public health gave her skills in recipe development and adaptation, practical cooking techniques, meal planning and budgeting, and hands on involvement in helping picky kids build positive experiences with food.

Today, Emma provides nutrition counseling for a broad range of nutrition concerns. Whether you are someone who wants help managing a chronic condition or someone who wants to improve their relationship with food, Emma is ready to help you find solutions that work for you. She will often draw back on her public health and culinary experience to find sensible yet enjoyable ways to help individuals EAT nourishing and delicious foods.

Outside the office, you will find Emma at home experimenting with cooking and baking (ask her for her peanut butter pie recipe!) or outdoors taking her dog, Ravioli, on hikes through the beautiful mountains in Boulder.
